About the Program
We are so excited share our training content for Yojita Yoga below. Yojita means connected in Sanskrit (amongst other meanings). Our intention is for transformation, self-realization, and connection through self-study and community.
Yojita Yoga Teacher Training Program will take place over 12 months to allow for integration and cohort bonding. It layers & builds in alignment with numerous yogic philosophies over an extended amount of time to leave practitioners with the confidence to teach postures, sequences, pranayama & meditation techniques should they choose to teach, or deepen their personal practice with alignment, self-reflection, ritual, and supportive study.
We bring 45 combined years of teaching experience and have much lived experience to share. We can promise passion, kindness, enthusiasm, and deep love of yogic wisdom.
