Join Mary Bue and Tara Sherman in raising the creative feminine energy known as shakti with practices designed to rock your body, uplift your spirit and affirm this sacred life!  Connect deeply to the rhythms and pulses of your body and our blessed mother earth through sacred sound, movement, devotion and celebration.  Drumming, chanting, Shakti flow, groovy yoga warm ups, kirtan (call and response chanting), Yoga Nidra (“sleep of the yogi”) + sonic blessings.

We will be donating 50% of proceeds for this workshop to Pillsbury United Communities Immigrant Women’s Support: Assistance for immigrant women who need help understanding and finding resources to adjust to life in Minnesota, including food and housing, daycare, employment, and legal advocacy.

Usher in the year of the Fire Horse,  lighting up your sacred fire on this mid-winter afternoon ~ Shakti - the juice that fuels all of creation might enjoy a little spark this time of year - movement,  drumming,  music + mantra in an all levels,  funky and fun event with intentions to inspire laughter,  bliss,  and delight.
